French vesta case lighter made in France sometime in the 1910s. This is a converted match case that was with extensive decoration throughout. Absolutely stunning patina and design. Great working order. Includes the French tax seal / stamp that was required from 1911 for lighters exports from France.
It could be sterling silver, though I could find no markings. Therefore, I'm not listing it as such.
This vintage lighter was reconditioned with any needed replacement parts to perfect working order. Wonderful vintage condition. Approximately 2" tall " x 1 1/4 wide".
As per shipping regulations, lighter will be shipped without fluid. Just fill with Zippo or Ronsonol lighter fluid to operate.
