Extremely Vietnam-era Zippo lighter with correct insert. The lighter is a 1968 version with etchings from 1971-72. Reads "Vinny Vietnam 71-72, Shen I die I'll Go to Heaven Because I spent My Time in Hell" on the front and a map of Vietnam on the reverse with "Vinnie + Delores" hand-etched into it. Absolutely amazing patina. Looks very cool. Strong cam, and the lighter snaps shut well. Great piece of history. Come with the ultra-rare red felt that were used in Zippo's in the late 1960s.
Reconditioned to perfect working order. Lighter measures approximately 2 1/8" x 1 1/2". This vintage lighter was disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with a new flint/packing, and any needed replacement parts. Perfect working order. Wonderful vintage condition.
