1959 working Wilmington, Delaware seal of the city lighter. Has a great engraving of the city seal along with the words "Board of Harbor Commissioners" below it. Great patina with the correct insert and a strong hinge and cam.
This vintage lighter was disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with a new flint/packing, and any needed replacement parts. Perfect working order. Wonderful vintage condition. Measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2".
