Extremely rare 1958 United States Air Force Academy Zippo lighter in great working order. Amazing patina. Five-barrel hinge with the correct 16-hole chimney (1957-1958 version rather than the solely 1958 one). Patent 2517191. Extremely rare piece of military history from around the time the iconic building was completed. Fully reconditioned to perfect working order.
Lighter measures approximately 2 1/8" x 1 1/2".
This vintage lighter was disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with a new flint/packing, and any needed replacement parts. Perfect working order. Wonderful vintage condition.
As per shipping regulations, lighter will be shipped without fluid. Just fill with Zippo or Ronsonol lighter fluid to operate.
