Vintage ashtray from the iconic Stork Club in New York City with two original empty matchbooks. The Stork Club was a famous haunt for the New York and Hollywood elite, open from 1928 to 1961. The club began as a speakeasy during the prohibition period and transitioned to its location on East 51st St.
The ashtray is made of ceramic. Absolutely amazing condition for its age. A great piece of New York City history. The matchbooks are standard sizes, nice accompaniments to the tray.
Measures 5 1/4" in diameter x 1 1/2" tall.
