Amazing vintage buffalo head rope lighter. This is a weird one, and I don't have much information. I'm dating this around the 1930's. These style lighters aren't really lighters - more like firestarters. The rope is held next to the flint wheel in order to get an ember on the rope, then this is used to start a fire.
